About this project

What it does

Crisis Tabletop is a facilitator-controlled platform for corporate incident-response and crisis exercises. Teams can build deterministic scenarios with objectives, staged injects, role-specific information, discussion questions, and source material, then run them from a live dashboard while participants follow on their own views.

A separate presentation display keeps the room focused on the active inject, while private messages and recommendations let facilitators tailor information to particular roles. Built-in exercises include original two-module scenarios and adaptations of CISA material, with after-action output supporting the final hotwash and report.

What you can do

  • Create and edit structured crisis-response scenarios
  • Run staged injects from a facilitator dashboard
  • Present the active exercise on a secondary room display
  • Send private, role-specific information and recommendations
  • Capture discussion and export after-action material
